FAQ’s

Enrollment

Open enrollments for HMR often begins in November and remains open for two weeks.  Contact Human Resources for more information.

After you are hired, you will qualify for benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

You may sign up for HMR’s health plan mid-year only if a “qualifying event” occurs. Because this is a Pre Tax benefit (health, dental, and vision), you also need a “qualifying event” to drop coverage in the mid- year. See Human Resources for details.

Contact Human Resources at your facility for information or online access.

You may also contact Cavalry Partners at 1-844-4321-CAV or via email at Help@cav.partners
